PENGENALAN |
|
Penyelia memainkan peranan kritikal sebagi penghubung di antara pihak pengurusan dan pekerja. Seorang penyelia bekerja, bersama dan berhadapan dengan kakitangannya setiap hari. Lebih penting, seorang penyelia perlu memimpin, mendorong dan menguruskan pasukannya untuk mencapai matlamat organisasi dan individu. Pada akhir bengkel ini, peserta-peserta akan berkeupayaan untuk menyelia dan memimpin pekerja-pekerja mereka secara berkesan. Kursus ini akan memastikan peserta-peserta boleh mengukur hasil-hasil penyeliaan dan kepimpinan yang berkesan.. Peserta-peserta juga akan didedahkan kepada pelbagai strategi dan kemahiran-kemahiran yang melibatkan penyeliaan pekerja. Fokus seminar ini akan mengutamakan latihan dalam pembaikan produktiviti yang akan menuju kepada menambah baikan dalam kos, kualiti, kepantasan, kebergantungan dan fleksibiliti

• Membentuk dan mengemaskini pengetahuan serta kemahiran yang perlu untuk penyeliaan berkesan • Meningkat kesedaran mengenai tanggungjawab seorang penyelia terhadap pasukan pekerjanya • Membantu penyelia meningkatkan kemahiran dan keberkesanan dalam pengawalan pekerja • Untuk memahami kepentingan membina pasukan sebagai cara meningkatkan produktiviti • Untuk mendedahkan penyelia kepada kemahiran yang diperlukan untuk menambahbaiki sikap dan disiplin pekerja • Untuk meningkatkan produktiviti dengan menggunakan teknik penyelesaian masalah yang berkesan

TRAINER PROFILE |
|
Thanabalan has extensive experience in the field of operations performance improvement particularly in various manufacturing and services industries. He is not only an excellent and resourceful trainer, he is also skilled in management and leadership of organizations. He graduated with a Honours degree in Management and Biochemistry from University of ScienceMalaysia in 1987. He also has an MBA from University Kebangsaan Malaysia, majoring in General Management. Thanabalan started his career in the manufacturing operations as a Production Executive and gradually moved in various managerial positions such as Production Manager , Packaging Manager, Planning and Logistics Manager, Sales Manager and Factory Manager. To name a few of the organizations that he worked for are Baxter Healthcare, London Rubber Company, Solectron, Mona Industries and Asiatic Dipped Products. This experience has given him a thorough understanding of the opportunities and problems involved with managing work. Since 1996, he has branched out into training and consultancy as well as lecturing various subjects in MBA programmes. He also lectures in University of Malaya and University of TechnologyMalaysia on a part-time basis as a visiting lecturer. To date he has conducted many public and in-house trainings in many business areas for government organizations and private sectors such as Ministry of Defence, NTP World Forum, Titan Group, CS Metal Industries, Sharp Roxy, Petronas, ShinEtsu Sdn. Bhd. and numerous public seminars. Participants receive enhance benefits and impactful results from his training programmes because of his vast industrial exposure in various areas. He empowers people to increase their limits, level of commitment, higher level of performance of the individual, team and the organization in achieving organizational goals. Currently, he is involved in the development of new training areas in the field of why companies fail and the ability of this organizations to respond to the changing business environment effectively. |
